These Enforcement Application Search Pages enable you to search for enforcement applications that have been registered and determined by the Babergh District Council.
The data that is displayed on these pages is updated daily.
If you know the case number (you will find this number on the correspondence that you have received from us) you can use the 'Case Search'.
To search for a street name, town or postcode use 'Search by Location of Alleged Breach'.
Further options, for example to search by Parish or by when complaints were received or decided, are also available.

Case Search
Type in the case number to find the matching enforcement application. You can use the % as a wildcard to search for any value: e.g. 07/001% to search for 07/00100-00199.
Search by Location of Alleged Breach
Type in a full or partial address (e.g. post code), to find all matching enforcement applications.
Advanced Search
To search for an Enforcement Control Case enter a value in one or more of the fields below and click on the 'Search' button.
Report an Alleged Breach
If you believe that an aspect of Building Control or Planning legislation has been contravened or breached, please let us know by emailing us at: DCENF@babergh.gov.ukgiving us your name, address and the location of the alleged breach.
